I'd find some old bar, or skating rink PA speakers for a frat house. Something that would take real abuse, and not be an issue over cabs getting trashed.

Model 4680 – a wood version of the previous model 4682 thermoplastic "Strongbox" with four-K110 10" in a line array and dual 2402 bullets
My school has a pair that will shake about anything......and survive 20 years of high school students moving them around and using them.

Those old E series woofers in those were very efficient. They could give you a "haircut" with just modest power. Limited bass extension though, a sub was needed.

We run them with a yamaha PC2002 or PC2001, depending on what we want the other amp to do (if anything).....
