One of the best performances of a pop performer I have ever experienced. The greatest back-up band and singers ever. Roy loved this concert and I only wish someone had thought of a venue like this for Elvis when he was in his prime.
Along with the Eagles in the last few years, these are performances that can be enjoyed for years to come!!

Even if you saw this on TV, if you have a good HT system, or a good sound system next to your TV and DVD player, this DVD is worth having.

The sound is excellent, as mentioned above, as are the performances.

Seen it several times, one of my favorite live shows, an amazing line up of talent that was onstage with Roy for that show, and even when I have seen it on my crappy little 13" tv it sounded good! Sounded GREAT on the HT system!

That's what happened in my house, sister saw it on PBS (which reminds me I need to send em some jack)-LUVED it, ordered copy from Amazon and now can crank it any ol time.
Actually sis cranked it while I was gone, she said my stereo "Kicks Ass". So much so, the neighbor 45+yds away had to come over and ask her to turn it down :D

HD DVDs are a dying breed. If you have a HD play need to get the HD DVD soon as once they are gone....
