B&W "Deal?"

Good evening.

I have the opportunity to pick up a pair of B&WD M310's for $175.00. I'm wondering if this is lunacy, a stroke of good fortune, or something in between. They're in great physical shape, and I'll test drive them B4 plunking down the $$. I believe them to be from around 1990.

Any input?

can't speak for the 310s but I pikd up a pair of 8yr old DM602s for $300 awhile back and am more than pleased witht them. 1/2 retail new price.
they sound very good driven with a sansui AU517 65W amp or KW KA7100 60w amp.

Might be a bit steep. I paid $40 for a great pair of DM610i's which I think might be newer. My $40 was indeed cheap but I saw 2 more pair of 300 series speakers at garage sales going for under $100 per pair. Negotiate a bit.

Thanks for the input. Figure I'll pass. Be more fun to find a decent set at the local thrift anyway.
