I already e-mailed and asked if there would be any potential for reclamation (aka trash picking) and was told absolutely not. But still a nice place to get rid of some of the worthless junk that seems to be accumulating in my basement. Make some more room for the good stuff!

hey-Hey!!!,
I wish I had known about that ahead of time. The answer you got is typical. There are also ways around it I have employed quite succesfully...:) If I'd only seen this yesterday we could be talking about the stuff we saved from the scrap heap.
cheers,

Thanks for the heads-up jeffsab. I was there yesterday to drop off some of my old computer stuff.

let me guess...piles of rusty Dynaco's and McIntosh-es holding down piles of computer monitors and keeping them from blowing away...

Now, that would have been a sight to behold!!
I had some keyboards, mice and cables that had to go. And yes, I did get rid of a broken Dual 1219 that I picked up from Ed sometime ago. No one on the SMAC list wanted it.
