Introducing our newest. part rat terrier\part Boston terrier
He had a brother and we were gonna get both but little bro was cranky and tried to use my ho-he as a chew toy. Also tried to bite Maureen on the boobatoid.
Shamus is very quiet,he is lying on one of Savannah's old beds.

Much bigger than I expected. I've seen some really small Rat Terriers- this yungun' is already dwarfing him...

Thanks to Fotno for the help in uploading the Pics.darn XP.
We are teaching him to sit for treats,he catches on quick.Today we kept him in a big kennel for 3 hrs while our shifts overlapped. I think he'll be ok on the loose.he does not chew or anything like that.

You're so very welcome my friend.
You can't go wrong with a terrier (purebred or cross) Alan... They are just as bright as buttons, and so very easy to teach. Of course they also have a mind of their own like no other dog, so they're stubborn too, and that can be a trial sometimes.
But worth every bit of the effort.

Thanks.. I just had him out for a walk and his coller came off.I made a stab for him, missed and landed flat on my face,I figured he'd be gone but he came back and waited for me to pull my thumb out of the ground.
I figured he'd be gone for good

Seamus(correct irish spelling) is getting along nicely. He is bright, affectionate and has taught me how to run again.
Tuesday he goes to be nutured. Why they don't do that when dogs are pups.It would be like getting circumsized in 2nd grade.
I also figure the bastard who had him originally, not the foster family, must have hit him with a stick.
Today we were playing on the floor and the yardstick came out from under the couch, when I picked it up he shrank into a little ball.
I'd like to get a hold of that person and teach him some manners.
We just came back from the park, man can he run,if he ever was given full throtle he'd be in ontario by dawn.
Last night he fell asleep on my chest while listening to tunes.he doesn't like noise but he seems to like music.2:30AM I wake up and he is still on my chest snoring peacefully.
