Mother's Day BBQ - whats on your grill today?

Yowzaa - doing up a brisket with a chili dos equis brown mop now for another 5 hours or so hardwood charcoal with mesquite for the smoke

also have some chicken marinating in a peruvian panca pepper sauce

Did she like it? Looks good, but what's the yellow from?

it came out great for some reason the yellow is pervasive on pictures I take of things on the grill probably the fire casts a tint that my camera easily picks up

tonight was italian sausages on the grill with sauteed peppers and onions
grilled mushrooms in a lemon dijon vinagrette
green beans w/bacon & onion in a hot vinegar sauce
