What items have you found within the record jackets of used albums you have purchased?
I have found 45 rpm records within albums and newpaper articles about the artist, but nothing more personal than a letter I found in a Depche Mode record. It was a short note to another person about how they would like this record, but the ending was kinda personal. IT went like this...
P.S. I haven't told my parents I'm gay but I am working up the courage.
What have you found?

all I've found in well over 1000 is a black and white picture. It appears to be a time lapse, with no light in the room.. some guy standing there, that had used a light or something to write 109 in the air... kinda strange, but cool looking....
I can't even find a Big Bamboo with a paper, much less the stuff to fill it with.. hurmph!

I took this to mean something added by the people who released the record. I just got the new Soft Boys album this weekend and after about the third listen, as I turned the jacket sideways a 7" fell out. No mention on the cover, and I am happily surprised but the disc came out of the jacket and rolled across the floor.

The remains of a large, dead silverfish... :sigh:
...and some nice posters, lyric sheets and such that were originally included with the LPs.

A few years ago in a thrift purchased LP I found a several $1 and $2 bills along with some paper money from Mexico. I keep looking but so far nothing else...

I found one of those flexy discs-not sure of the proper name, but it's like a record stamped on a square sheet of plastic.I'm pretty sure it was not packaged with the record that I found it in.It was a drum tutorial/workshop by some 80's drummer and here's the kicker-Iput it back in another record (for some reason)and haven't seen it since!!! I know it's in there somewhere.

One time, we rented a house to college kids in the 70's. When we sold it, some of the left-behind LPs had Playboy centerfolds stored in 'em.
