I found a Realistic receiver today. I wish I had wrote the number down, but can only remember it was Sta-(...). It may have been the 65c. There were three issues with it. It did not power on. I have a good feeling it might have been the fuse was blown. It seemed to be seized to the back. I really turned with all my might but it would not budge. So I was not able to rule that out. It had "BAD" written in red marker on a small area on the top. There was a chip where the right side meets the front but only about 1/4 inch and barely visible from the front. Other than that the face was extremely clean. No scratches on the display. Every button and switch moved freely. The tuning knob was smooth all the way through. It had the black vent on top, the black toggle switches on the left side, three or four silver knobs after that, and two big vertical sliders. The back was metal, not cheap fiber board. The worker said $20, then he checked that it didn't power on and he went down to $15.
Is it worth $15 to any of you? Maybe I should go back tomorrow..yes?
Looks almost exactly like this model # Sta-65c except the power button was not red, it was tan:
