Actually no, there's a huge difference and reason why the Nautilus series makes it in a studio and its more than just looks and a price.

Not B&W, but those are actually very nice speakers (for small ones) --well, mid-to-tweeters, really-- nonetheless. They sell for a premium around here, too ---when you see them at all. Definitely not to be confused with cheap near-lookalike computer-speaker crud that has come out since.

I think it closed at $99 so someone got a deal in that case.

The speakers were bid on by a buyer with a feedback of (1) for $1300. Just can't put my finger on it but something about that looks suspicious.
