This dude at my church wants to give me a Philco Console. He said he thinks it was made in 1971. Is there any chance that it is tube?

Not if it was from '71.

If it is a Philco MODEL 71, then it was made around 1932 & is most likely worth having. He could just be mistaken. -Sandy G.
