Can anybody help me with resistor wattage ratings, capacitor voltage ratings and bias setting values for this amp. please?

Do you have this amplifier? Are you going to build one with this schematic? I looked on the net and found this exact schematic but w/no ratings. I can only tell you most of the resistors are 1/4 to 1/2 watt, power filters would be 400volt and up, 0.047 caps would usually be 600volt. Anybody else??
