Tomorrow morning the much anticipated Coldplay record will be out on CD and LP here in the states.
However, it was released in the UK last week on the 12th. The person I spoke with from EMI told me that all of the vinyl was pressed in Europe, so the US versions will be identical.
If you are a fan and would like to read our review, please stop by TONEAudio,
it's in the spotlight column:

I'll be picking up the LP/CD combo package today.
I've already read reviews that the LP pressing wins hands down.
Can't wait to hear

Yep, the LP is WAY better, but the nice thing is that you get the CD too, so you can listen to it in the car or wherever without having to make a transfer.
I think it's very nice of them to toss it in the package!
Normally, when I buy an LP I really like, my wife always says "When are you going to copy that to CD so I can listen to it?" This time I could just hand her the disk!

Got it just a few minutes ago. I'm really suprised they don't make mention of the fact that you get the CD included with the LP. But, for 24 bucks for both formats, I think that's a fair price.
Plus I got a free mini-poster and pint glass!

My local Best Buy didn't carry the vinyl.
Closest store that did was in the next state - NC
:(
So I just ordered it off Best Buy's site to have it delivered to my house.
It was on sale for $14.95
