Any other fans of this album? I bought it when it came out in the early ‘90s, and since then I’ve probably spun it . . . well, I lost count at 100. :D IMO, it’s probably the best album the Stones never made—though it is more varied stylistically than any Stones record in recent memory. Most of Jagger’s solo records have been mediocre at best, but Wandering Spirit sounds like he was trying to prove his artistic viability as a solo artist . . . and, IMO, man did he! Just a fabulous record that isn’t mentioned nearly enough. :thmbsp:
