One used McCormack mini phono drive phono stage. This unit comes to you in its original box and manual. Over all in very nice shape but has some scratches on it. None that are really visible from the front. New this was 600.00. Price 295.00 plus shipping.

Remember funds raised from this sale go to support Audiokarma. Thank you

I agree. I can't believe nobody has jumped on it yet.

If I wasn't focusing on other areas of my main system at the moment, the McCormack would have been gone last week.

Pic or two Grumpy, please? or a link to a manual would suffice.

So, could this add phono to my Stingray? :naughty:

Here's pics of the actual unit. It's 9.5" x 9" x 3". It does have a couple of small nicks on the right hand side (not pictured) that would be hidden from view once it's in a rack. They're pretty minor anyway.

I've been trying it out and it sounds very good indeed. It's very balanced from top to bottom. A couple of cool features:

You can parallel in any resistor value to load MC cartridges (it's set for 47K stock). It also has two gain settings - one at 40db and one at 55db. I had no problem with volume levels on a Benz Ace Medium (.8mv) at the lowest gain setting. Very flexible stage for both MM and MC cartridges. A bargain price too.

Thanks Jeff and Grumpy,

So, with this I can plug in my TT RCAs to it and then run a pair of RCAs to any of the "line" inputs (CD, DVD, TAPE, etc.) on my Manley Stingray and I could have Phono on my Stingray? :naughty:

I think that Jack is kind of reading my mind :D
