I've been looking for a Sansui retail sign. I remember seeing one lit up at the stereo shop in town a few years ago, I tried stopping there, but no luck.

I've combed fleaBay, and I've never seen one on there.

Any leads? or suggestions?

Thanks!!!

Maybe you can get a sample and check with a print shop how much it would cost to create an enlargement you can put over a home made light box.

Whether a thin film you can clip over an existing light fixture cover or a thick film like you see in illuminated advertising.

I'll give the search one more month or so, then onto an idea like yours.

Does anyone know if the old-school Sansui emblem is still trademarked?

I may have a plan in the works.........

Yes by Hashimoto

It's not the coincidence that Hashimoto is the only company in the world who still carries the old Sansui logo on their licensed product lines. They have inherited the intangible assets from Sansui (which has been long lost in Sansui), and further improved internally. All Hashimoto employees are proud of this heritage.

Not a lawyer, but if this is for personal use and not for profit, you may not have a problem.

Technically, shouldn't be that difficult to even copy onto decals or self adhesive mylar sheets.

Usually print shops can let you know if there is a problem copying or legalities.

Otherwise as you are apparently looking in to, inquire about permissions.
