Power transistors for Accuphase P300

Some of the power transistors on my accuphase P300 have gone, and I have been told by the technician that it would be better to replace the whole set (of 16 transistors) which comprises of the following:

-- C1079 -- Three
-- A679 -- Three
-- C1431 -- Two
-- A483 -- Two
-- C497 -- Two
-- A497 -- Two
-- C1451 -- Two

I am not sure about this but I think the ones currently in the amp are made by Toshiba.
Would be very grateful indeed for pointers on where I can find these transistors. It would help to bring back to life a much-loved amp.

the originals are not available unfortunatly, the fuji ones should be relaced they are the 4 with a clip on heatsink the others only need replacing if faulty, several threads on this subject have been posted, mj21193\94 (oops) are favorite for the o\ps, there is a seller selling some mj15024\25 on ebay cheap which would do

The output transistor compliments are mj 21193/21194 or for higher current carrying capacity mj 21195/96.

I have posted on Audio Asylum already, that I can help you with the replacement for 2SC1079 = Sanken 2SC1116A or 2SC1586 and with original
Toshiba 2SA679 and Toshiba 2SA483. They are all genuine NOS.

Logo Toshiba is different from the original transistors. currently the right chanel use the originals transistors and the left chanel those. The amplifier functions correctly.

I also seek the NOS A679 / C1079 transistors.
