Victor Wooten has great chops...but what I like about the Squire solo is that its got a semblance of melody (as its a medley)...when its all speed and wow, I get lost.

I can't find a good vid of this but Jon Camp from Renaissance is similar to Squire in that he plays Lead Bass. These two guys are why I played bass and owned a Rickenbacher.

Going to see Wooten-Clarke-Miller show in a few weeks. I'm sure Gerald Veasley will show up like the last Wooten show. Nothing like a stage full of Bass!
