I pulled out this oldie tonight. In High School I was pretty sure that owning this record made me quite a bit cooler than everyone else.

Anyone else love this odd but intresting record?

Not heard that one that I'm aware, but I do have Go Bang! and dig it.

I have all of their material. The main writer was the keyboard player on the first XTC LP.

Man, that "Faded Flowers" is a haunting and lovely song.

I've got an EP of "Nemesis" that I love, even down to the font on the cover.

Didn't that singer end up in Happyhead? I could be wrong on that one.

The song is called Nemesis. But I think they get bonus points for word usage. lol

I've only ever heard "Nemesis" by them, and I keep forgetting who they are. I deffinatly need to check out more of their music.

I scored a bunch of Shriekback a while ago, and looking through them I realize I have never played Oil and Gold. This is now being corrected.
