got a call on a sony rtr,so i drove 50 miles to look at it.well
when i got there it wouldnot work so the man gave me the rtr
40 tapes and this denon turntable.the rtr dont do anything
when you hit play must have a bad relay or something.the tt
is just plain sweet

Nice turntable ! Looks heavy, does it play good?
The Sony is one of those "lemon" models looks good but hardly never work right, flip flop relay function for auto-reverse and a flop model sorry...:rolleyes:
But you got a sweet deal Auditech:)

VINTAGE,it is heavy,like the same weight as a reciever,and it
plays great,the moody blues playing right now.to bad about the
sony,should have know,never had good luck with sony gear.

Denon looks great, I like it:)
never seen one like that before.
Sony have many good models but those auto-reverse decks, stay away... they designed this in a very backwards complicated function..
Shame because they look nice and classy.
He gave you that stuff as in free? :eek:

I was just thinking earlier AUDITECH that your last week's haul seemed fairly "light" compared to usual! Looks like this makes up for it! In the last 2 weeks I've been to 15 yard sales, and the same group of "stores" I usually frequent twice over now. Nothing, Nada, Zilch! Unless my deal for an "unknown" Adcom amp pans out!
