In addition to the NBC coverage, I've been watching morning coverage of the Olympics on the Telemundo Spanish-speaking channel. This morning they had the US vs Venezuela volleyball match - very close and exciting match. They also cover a lot of soccer matches.

I don't speak Spanish, I just turn the volume down and listen to music while watching the matches.

That's a nice option to get live and expanded coverage. I used to enjoy watching expanded coverage on a Canadian network channel but I just have the basic cable tv package now.

Another option - I just checked the nbcolympics.com site and they have some great on-demand video available. Looks like entire events are available, not just highlight clips. I'm watching the US Womens Basketball game with the Czech Republic, Sue Bird is running the point for the US. The 1/4 screen video is working really well, seamlessly actually, over my meager DSL / wireless connection on my laptop. :thmbsp:

USA Network has coverage all night which is nice, unless you have to work the next day.

Thanks for the heads up, Snade! I'm an Olympics junkie, so this will help feed my addiction.:thmbsp:

I just wish my cable company had a channel where my wife could see the Canadian teams compete. She says the coverage here is nauseatingly one-sided.
