Are these the original capacitors in this Ka-6000, they are all "ELNA" caps and it has hitachi output transistors. It sounds superb, I have come to REALLY like the Kenwood sound, KA-6006,7100, and this 6000.Only listen to one of my Marantz anymore (reworked 2240b). I have included picture. Thanks for any replies.

Very clean unit! I'm guessing they are original. Looks like the small ones on other boards are Elna too.

Congratulations on owning your Kenwood KA-6000. Yes, the capacitors are original. If you have not already done so, you may wish to use the AudioKarma search to find additional information on the KA-6000. Good listening.

Yep, the Kenwood gear is the sleeper. My KR 6600 and KA 6100 have great sound. I know that because of their ages some parts have become unobtainium. I just hope they last because I DO love em'
