I pulled out the above album for a rare listen tonight. I was baffled when I saw that side one had a "Johnny Cash at San Quentin" label on it. The recording is "Live at Folsom Prison", side one, but it's mislabeled. Side two is correctly labeled "Live at Folsom Prison" It's just kind of weird. Does anyone think that this "mistake" has any kind of collector's value? The cover is in OK shape and the vinyl is near perfect. It's not a big deal to me, but has me wondering.
Any thoughts?
Thanks, Craig

I discovered an LP with side one pressed on both sides of the disk. I called the guy who runs the only record shop locally and asked him about it. He does valuations of LP collections for insurance companies, so I figured that he would have a good idea what it was worth (if anything). He said that a good rule of thumb is that errors like mis-pressings or mis-labelings are worth roughly double what the album would be worth without the error.
