Yamaha CT-7000 Problem

I posted for a schematic/service manual as well, but thought I'd throw this out there.

The tuner seems to be tuning and pulling in stations correctly, but no output. Power supply board looked like some 1061's were cooked. Replaced them all.

There is a 30v feed coming from the PS board. When nothing is connected, its at 30v. When the Control Ckt board is connected to it, the feed gets pulled down to about 5v. Tried a few things, but its tough without a schematic. It's even tougher considering I haven't troubleshot ckts for about 20 yrs.

I've got a 'scope and a decent dvm.

Any ideas?
