Audio Alchemy info

I have been using an AA Digital Decoding Engine v 1.0 as the DAC for my Fisher 800c. I have the coax input hooked up to an old Magnavox CDB650 player, and the optical to my G5. I love it and it sounds great to me, but I know they are no longer around. Does anyone know any specs on it or have a manual?

I believe it is a 1-bit, 256x oversampling device.
