Just got the DVD/CD combo of this early concert. I saw them shortly after (time being a blurr back then) at Maddison Square Garden. They were awesome. Much better than seeing them years later at Shea on the jumbo tron.

This may not be the highest quality recording but it's a lot of fun. I love Glenn Cornick on bass and Clive Bunker on drums. Glenn puts his spin on "My God" later to come ot on Aqualung. So much energy in these early concerts

A while back our local radio station broadcast a 1970 concert of them at the Aragon ballroom in Chicago. My God was on there with some alternate (different from the Aqualung version) lyrics. Their early stuff pre-Aqualung was pretty darned good. :thmbsp:

I've seen Tull a few times in the 70's. Best show I ever saw was the Passion Play tour in Madison WI. I know the critics panned that album, but I really enjoy it, to this day.

Just realized I wrote Whie instead of Wight. You can tell which side of the Pond I'm from :D
