I've searched and can't find one. I have an older Ipod with Firewire connection, and I'm down to one laptop with a firewire connection. I'd really like to use this on one of my other PCs which doesn't have a Firewire connection.

I would just put a firewire adapter in the computer. They are really cheap. http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=USB20-FIREWIRE&cat=CCD

PCI card is a tough fit into a laptop.

Firewire and USB have a lot more differences than just the shape of the plug. They are incompatable. Best you can do is to get a USB PCMCIA (or Cardbus, if that's the expansion slot your laptop has) card, like this one here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16839200001

I thought he said his other pc. I assumed a desktop. The geeks have PCMCIA cards as well. http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=CL-PCM07-BP&cat=CCD The geeks have a lot of cool stuff.

The Adapter from Geeks will work. Yes, it's for my desktop pc, not my laptop.

Thanks for the links and info.
