I own a pair ROR studio monitors....same model....but an earlier version.
Super nice little speakers in my opinion.
I brought them to the 2007 AK Mid-Atlantic meet-n'-great....they were very well received by the AK members there.
NO AFFILIATION!!

So these are the same size and drivers as yours? Pretty good for nearfield use, just a bit lacking in bass extension presumably? The cabs in that auction seem strange, the material under the dent almost doesn't look like MDF or wood but maybe it's just become miscolored. The only tihng semi-bad I can see is the 4 ohm rating, not truly a problem for most vintage gear but not ideal.

My ROR monitors are an earlier version.....14" x 5" x 4 1/2".
ROR was in business from 1972-1987.
They have small screw terminals on the rear and use a non-horn loaded Seas tweeter.
The larger drivers....a 4" woofer and 4" passive radiator look the same.
Mine are made of wood, as I took the woofers out to recap the tweeters.
They do not have much bass response below 100 hz., but I mated them with a DIY 8" powered subwoofer, and they sound fantastic in that set up.

I see. Are yours also 'model C'? I did some web searching but really couldn't find many details.
