I picked this album up at GW and didn't even notice it was an autographed copy,
From looking around the net it seems Mr. Dupras has passed away.

This album is very unique to say the least, being digital organs, the quality of the recording is amazing and has some of the deepest cleanest bass I have ever heard on a record.

anyone else have any of these recordings?

(edit: its Claude not Claud)

No but I saw Claude Dupras play around 1973-1974 when he was doing
promotion work for Yamaha organs here in Montreal. I also believe a few
years later I heard him at the big Beckerath organ at St. Joseph's oratory,
so he was indeed a versatile and very capable organist. Sad to hear he
passed away. Enjoy the disc!

P.S.: The following link is to the catalog of the National Library of Quebec.
Number 17 is the data for a disc recorded by Dupras in 1970, and his dates
are given as 1951-. These catalogs are usually well maintained, so if he is
dead, that must be quite recent. I have found references to 'the late
Claude Dupras', but who knows?
