I just checked out a local venue for some summer shows and found some good stuff. Up here in Detroit @ Meadow Brook we get the Allman Brothers wsg Los Lonely boys and also George Thorogood wsg Jimmy Vaughn.

Both could be killer shows and may show up in your neck of the woods too. We also have Eric Clapton wsg Robert Randolph and The Family Band; The Robert Cray Band/Buddy Guy; and The Dead wsg Warren Haynes.


Ahh, Summer!!

Do go to the ABB show if at all possible. A friend of mine went to a show in Aug '03 and
he said they sounded and played as good or better ( with this group of musicians) than he can remember. He's seen shows going back to the original band so I'd take his word for it.
Also, if they may give "instant live" cd's of the show to like the first 1000 ticket buyers.
