I recently picked up this great looking Kenwood L-07TII tuner. It's the first Kenwood tuner I've owned. Very nice build quality and condition. It was really inexpensive as it was given to the owner and she never used it :D Not a scratch or nick on it. VERY heavy for its size and it came with original box and owners manual. Gave it a test run for a couple hours yesterday and everything works perfectly. It's extreamly sensitive and now that I've auditioned it I've found its sound very pleasing as well. Anyone else have this tuner?

Very nice Tuner indeed. I wish I had one.

Not really the best Kennie Tuner ever, but close.

Check what FMtunerinfo has to say about it:

Thanks for the info hifi nut. Thats a great website for tuners  I'm not really a tuner collector although I do have a few. I have a Sansui tuner which ranks really high on their website but it has problems and has been sitting for at least 5 years. I've let it slide as I don't listen to the radio much on my main system. I had a Revox B760 that was included with a Threshold system I had purchased. I used it for a few months then sold it about 5 years ago. It sounded really nice but I didn't care for the looks of it. It seems to rank fairly high on their website.

As far as sound goes I really like the Pioneer F-91. I've got one that I haven't sold even though its not being used. It doesn't rank too high but just goes to show how we all hear differently. I also like tube tuners and I do use them often while reading or when on the internet. It's nice not to have to change CD's or scan through tracks.
I think I'll use the Kenwood until I get around to getting my Sansui repaired as I like its looks and it sounds pretty good. If I do ever get the Sansui going I'll probably put the Kenwood in it's box and in a closet with the Pioneer :smoke:
