There is a free legal download of a last years concert here:

http://www.dead.net/thedead/2003/summer-getaway/music/index.html

And some other clips including 4 of the Gov't Mule show I went to
last month here:

Just passing it along. :)

OK :D
I usually don't run across a whole lot of this and I do like to share if interest is there. It seems maybe a couple of the Knopfler videos are dead or the site is just getting hammered.
The Dead stuff is wonderful not being compressed, Knopfler is pretty decent, and the material most excellent of course. :)

Man, I sure do miss Jerry.

And some well... public domain too. All the other links go to other unusual stuff too. :p:

I forgot this Jethro Tull video of the month. It is very cool this month with a German TV thing including Gary Booker and Matthew
Fisher, on his B3 of course! Poke around the site. :)

I found this site a few weeks ago and haven't gotten spammed
from it. A lot of singles offered by new groups in every genre,
also a lot of public domain trad. blues one could make a "killer" comp. from. A lot of music here!

A zipped mpeg of one of Nightwish's pretty songs too.

I have a fair amount of Dead shows on disc, as well as hundreds of shows by other bands of all genres (I just love live music). I am still on dial-up so I cannot upload or download, but I am happy to share the music I have with anyone who is interested (I trade on CDR's and occasionally on DAT). I live in the DC-Baltimore area and I still go out and tape a show every week (over my wife and kids' half-hearted protests), so there is plenty of old and new music in my collection!

A list of the shows I have is at www.phishhook.com/lists/RastaFish , there are links at the top of the main list to take you to the separate bluegrass and reggae lists.

This is my first post on the AK boards, I have been lurking for a while. Great material on this site!

I just last night a concert of the GD, just to catch a glimpse of the McIntosh amps...Which I did see (MC2300 or 2500)...

The music didnt grip me that much,,,not a lot of energy or tempo changes, tension and release...In my ears, sounded like a more sophisticated Jimmy Buffet concert....I did miss some songs as I watched the hockey.
