Nice find TX! I just emailed an old girlfriend who is a Probation and Parole officer. She's the only member of the Dept of Corrections ever to slap the cuffs on me and I intend it to stay that way. And before you get any dirty ideas, no it wasn't like that. Just a simple demonstration of how they restrained the criminally insane.
