All I was able to find was that it's a high output MC cartridge, so it's probably decent. But the stylus probably isn't replaceable, and even if it were, there doesn't seem to be anyone who lists it. So if worn, it would need retipping, but that still doesn't guarantee that the cantilever suspension is still viable. And considering you can get something like a Denon DL-160 for less than $200, I'd say you've reached a dead end with this cart.

Music and Sound. Also Mel Schilling. Started out as a audio store north of Philadelphia, got into modifying equipment, and eventually ended up as a manufacturer or (more likely) distributor of lower to mid high end equipment in California. I almost bought a tonearm of theirs, but didn't really have the dough, and then it was gone. I believe their stuff was well regarded and cost effective.

Its in the 1985 Audio Annual Equipment guide. High output moving coil, tracking at 1.6-1.8 grams. The guide is at home and I am at work so can't give more details.

Oops -- seems I was wrong about the California address -- Huntingdon Valley PA.
Here are some specs: 20-20kHz +/- 2 db, channel sep 25 db at 1k and 20 at 10k, 2mv output, 1.5-1.8 grams tracking force, 210 pF recommended load capacitance, and .3 x .7 mil elliptical stylus. $129
Hope that helps.
