No, this isn't a pollen alert.
I'm chilling out with one of my sons last night as he's watching CMT (Country Music Television) - his favorite tv channel. I'm reading the paper. I hear a vaguely familiar, catchy tune. I look up and it is one of Dave918's recommendations - Cross Canadian Ragweed. The video has Lee Ann Womack, and it is a tune from their Soul Gravy album - Sick & Tired.
I logged on to CMT, and they have 3 CCR videos you can watch:
http://www.cmt.com/artists/az/cross_canadian_ragweed/artist.jhtml
The more I listen, the more I like. Dave's Red Dirt comp gets regular airtime in my car.
I also noticed on CMT's website that the new Kenny Chesney/Uncle Kracker tune When The Sun Goes Down climbed to #1 in just 9 weeks. A couple of you will be getting a sampler of this disc any day now - possibly by today or Monday.
