So my wife and I got up this Friday morning and she says to me.
"Dave, it sure would be nice to do something for the holiday wouldn't it"? True, all we ever do is hang around and do chores it seems like. So I said, "Sure hun, whatcha want to do"?

All of a sudden POOF here we are in San Diego. Talk about spur of the moment. It's nice to get away though and stroll along the beach if nothing else.

Wonder if there are any Akers over here? ;)

Check out the old cast iron sailing ship. I thought that was cool. That big old hotel, the Coronado was a lot of fun. I didn't get to the zoo, but it is one of the best.

Spent a week in San Diego a few years back. Absolutly loved it. Great food, great beaches. My hotel was right on the North end of the bay.

WW, be sure and check out Croce's while your there. Great place!

Well you know Thor... (between you me and the wall) I sure wish I were back working on my speakers. Actually they are about done and stuffing them in the room and hooking up everything is the next chore. But a man's gotta please the lil woman too and this little get away is needed before we are caught up in the flood of business that will be coming. Today we shopped and tomorrow we are going snorkeling in LaJolla cove. I've snorkeled there before and its beyond bishin!
