Glad to see some vintage Accuphase afficiandos out there. I can't get over how good my recapped and modded C200 and P300 sound...the C200 is truly straight wire & gain and the P300 comes close to my VAC tube 300B's.....not bad.

BTW, Rex Everything, how it comes that your original box of a P-250 has E202 written all over it? Seemingly Kensonic Lab has run out of cardboard boxes occasionally :D

dttung.....sorry I don't have PCB pics.....your boards are stock....Accuphase used Elna grey caps and films. I would recommend Nichicon muse gold....I had one C200 recapped with the Muse and it is a very good improvement. The black gates are better but they are getting hard to find. The biggest improvement will be better transparency.....even the muse is several magnitudes better....the BG is a mind blower.

I will have to get my manual out but if I remember correctly there are 3 boards 710-0001,719-0002 & 720-0001.....the 710-0005 might be a revision??

Hello jazz42,
Thank you for your attention. On the floor is the Denon DCD-3500RG.
The worldwide 3520 and 3520EX are equivalent to the original japanese 3500 and 3500G, but 3500RG is more advanced stuff (and more expensive, too!).

God help me if there's a good shaker....I share your concern....the Bello rack(glass) is rated at 50 pounds. I have had amps that weigh 75 lbs on the glass shelves....but I then bought the Adona rack for all my amps...the shelves are rated at 150 lbs ea. I have about 400 pounds on that rack. The bello shelves are all under 50lbs now...I use that rack for everything but amplifiers...thanks for the compliment.

It is japanese yen. but this is yahoo auction in japan and the seller in japan usually do not ship oversea. so I do not think you can get it easily. and usually, I think people in japan have all the good vintage japanese amp for sale on japanese yahoo auction. especially Accuphase. I am not sure this P300S was available in USA or Canada before.
