Well, my local Goodwill has gone from having very little vinyl to suddenly having a large stack of it to sift through that seems to be changing with every day! Not that I'm complaining.
The recent haul includes:
Jackson Browne--Saturate Before Using
Don McLean--American Pie
The Hollies--Distant Light
John Denver--Rocky Mountain High
John Denver--Poems, Prayers and Promises
Kris Kristofferson--Me and Bobby McGee
James Taylor--James Taylor
John Denver--Aerie
Neil Diamond--Double Gold
Peter, Paul and Mary--See What Tomorrow Brings
Joan Baez--Diamonds and Rust
Linda Rondstadt--Linda Rondstadt
Peter, Paul and Mary--In the Wind
Judy Collins--Living
Frank Sinatra--My Way
Gordon Lightfoot--Summertime Dream
Harry Chapin--Greatest Stories Live
Neil Young--Harvest
Andres Segovia--A Bach Recital (Wow!)
Legendary Masters of the Piano--Box set from The Classics Record Library
The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center--Box set from The Classics Record Library
Arturo Toscanini Beethoven Symphonies Nos. 1, 4 &6--Box set with BBC Symphony Orchestra recorded in 1937-39
Vladimir Horowitz--Horowitz on Television
A stack of classical records from Dover
I'm guessing I've add about 30 to 40 albums/box sets to the collection in the past two weeks and I've spent less than $50. Some of this classical stuff is just amazing, by the way. I've got to stay away from GW for a few weeks though and allow the budget to recover! It's been crazy lately.
