I have to keep the 4 channel cartridge for my quad system but need to get rid of one Turntable and one cartridge. He's getting a Pioneer SX-750, an old Akai crossfield reel to reel, some old Rolling Stones albums,a Jimmy Smith, Aerosmith,MoodyBlues, and Steppenwolf R to R. He's one Emotional Rescue away from set. I'm glad my uncle didn't set me up at 22 years old or I'd have a garage full of this cool stuff instead of a basement full of it. thanks

I'd go with which ever one of those is most bullet proof... Especially if it is his first table. I don't know anything about any of them though.

For me, the Denon would be the one I would give him. They all seem to be nice TT's & for his first, it should be a special gift.

Yep, the Denon would be my choice. Even the middling Denons are a bit more special than most tables.
