Several weeks ago I decided to pick up Schubert's Piano Trios performed by the Beaux Arts Trio in '66 on this label, 6770-001. It's a double album in a nice box. I wasn't familiar with the pieces themselves, but I remembered reading good things about Philips recordings and it was in great condition, so I bit.

They turned out to be wonderful, both musically and sonically. Anyone else familiar with this? I'm also wondering if there are other recordings in this series I should be on the lookout for (or perhaps just ones I should avoid?). I found this webpage that seems to have a lot of them pictured:
