Sitting here watching the Americana Music Channel. A Jay Farrar song was on. They flashed some trivia at the bottom of the screen.

Turns out Jay Farrar and Jeff Tweedy were born in the same town & hospital in the same year (1967).

Wonder if their pictures are up in the hospital? Perhaps a better question - wonder if anyone in that hospital even knows who they are?

Shame most folks have never had the chance to meet or hear John Farrar play. You could see where Jay learned what he knows. :)
