Thin Lizzy is one of my favorite groups. I don't have much by them however (Jailbreak, Johnny the Fox, and Chinatown). So I was stoked yesterday to pick up Live and Dangerous and Black Rose; a Rock Legend. Black Rose especially I was anxious to give a listen to as I had read many good things about it. When I took it out today and put it on the RCM before its initial spin I saw that the entire record was cracked in half. I can't imagine how I missed this at the store. Oh well, $1 isn't going to kill me, but I was really thrilled to have found this. The search goes on.

put the jacket in a 12x12 frame! I've done that with lots of records, in fact a local shop sells jackets only for 50 cents.

I'm going to save the jacket for sure, but I've kind of settled on a theme for my basement/music room; Roger Dean covers.

Actually that's a picture from last summer. You should see the place now.
I am not a well person.

Well, there is always superglue to the rescue!
:D
Kidding aside, that's really a shame! :sigh:
On the bright side, when you do find another, at least you'll have a spare cover! Thin Lizzy did some good stuff. I've always liked their version of "Whiskey in the Jar-O".
And those Roger Dean covers? Some of the best album covers ever! :thmbsp:
