What are the rubber pads on the underside of cassette decks called and does anyone know where to find them?

They are called oddly enough rubber feet. You can find them at parts express or small parts or a myriad of other places. Probably your local hardware or home store as well.

If you want functional but not original try your favorite variety of ChinaMart. Look in the hardware or furniture section where they have chair tips and casters. You should find little adhesive rubber bumpers and felt pads. Should be something there to do the trick.
