Is there any plans for a February meet?

If not, I may be able to book the meeting room at my hotel to host a future event. (As my home is FAR from ideal for a meet)

Any other ideas?

Dave,
If you're feeling up to it, I would love to pop in and hang out for a bit and check out your mini maxy's.
Let me know if I can bring anything food-wise.

Feckin' snow. I guess the 60+ inches we've already had isn't enough.

I was hoping the warm up would have stuck with us a little more. So much for hoping...

Just got to taste the wifes chili for tomorrow. Not too shabby.

Little update on the weather. Looks like the bulk is not supposed to hit till around the start of the meet. Thats good news for those traveling since that gives them time to clear the roads for the drive home.

Just finished cleaning up and holly crap did they pack in here today. Have to apologize for having such a tiny house. Still don't know how that many people squeezed in here. Wish we had more room to enjoy tunes while still chatting comfortably. Thanks for coming and see everyone at the next meet.

Thank you for having us Dave, looks like you have a PRE delema on your hands,

That sounded really nice!

(Oh yah my family will thank you for the Chilli!)
P.S. got home and there were baked beans here.:tears:

Dave:

Many Thanks for an awesome meet. Your system sounded great...as usual. I really liked the LS26. Too bad it's mega bucks. Tell Harry you're holding it for ransom...maybe he'll cut you a deal:yes:

Thanks so much for having us all over on a snowy, blustering day. Your place was a welcome refuge from the hideous winter weather. The smaller the better on a day like today - no chance of catching a chill inside:D

Thanks too for forwarding the gift certificates on to the group - and of course thanks to Seth for thinking about us: Soundstage Direct ROCKS:music:

As you know, it takes dedicated and generous members to keep audio organizations successful. Thanks for setting the bar as high as you do for AK for all the aspiring enthusiasts in our group too. It's much appreciated.

Keg: If you have additional baked beans, you are not invited over tomorrow.

Peace
Jeff

Thanks Dave for hosting today's meet. I had a wonderful time. And to top it all off, I won one of those Soundstage Direct gift certificates. :thmbsp: Thanks Seth. I've already got an lp picked out. Looking forward to the next meet. I sure hope the weather cooperates better.

Thanks, big man, for having all of us over. At one point, there were 35 of us shoehorned in, but a great time was had by all.

I got my first 2009 meet in early, this year.

Liberty was still under the weather, so I didn't want to risk spreading anything to a house full of people. Sounds like a good time was had.

it was a great time Dave. Grumpy is a great host and the energy level was very high. I saw three spin out accidents on the way home and those were all right in front of me. I suspect it would have taken you a couple hours to get home.

Better to have taken care of you little one Dave. Much appreciated about not wanting to spread the germs. My kids pretty much have a corner on that market at our house.

Really enjoyed having everyone over. Due to the size limits of my studio apartment sized house I have to regret I did not get around as much to chit chat with many. If this was your first time at a meeting I would have loved to spend more time in discussions but usually the only way to catch me for one of those is out on the porch grabbing a few smokes :)

Hope to see you all at the next one.

Sounds like i missed another great SMAC happening. The Aveo has 60,000 on the tires and i didn't want to be a spinout casualty. I'll make one of these events yet, got to do it before late spring when i begin to spend most of my weekends in Lewiston ATVing.

Better stay out of Talleys Marantz, that place is bad for your memory. Every time I go in there I can't remember leaving. Cheers.
