Alright, being in high school for five years, college for three years, and wrapping up my first year of university, I've accumulated a lot of those free spiral-bound agendas that are given out during the course of the academic year. So what do I do with these?
Scrap paper! I would tear the sheets out and use the paper for math rough work, throwing out the binding and covers.
But then I got to thinking sometime last year :scratch2: What to do with the acrylic spring that's used for the binding...
Here's what I did;
Get out the agenda

Snip one end and unwind it-- easier than tearing out the pages and prevents damage to the spiral

Go do something else with the left over paper

And here's a poor example of one use (routing all the power cables out of the rack); just snip them into usable sections and tie your wires together

Easy peasy! Plus, near the end of the year, the school really starts to shovel these out to the classes. :thmbsp:
Hope that helps someone.
Philip.
