Interesting...I had just listened to my Buffalo-Springfield Greatest Hits CD yesterday. Excellent music. RIP.

Out of Buffalo Springfield came Neil Young, CSN, Poco (and by extension the Eagles), and Loggins and Messina. Their influence was enormous. The late Ahmet Ertegun of Atlantic Records said he cried when they broke up. RIP Dewey Martin.

Too bad to see guys like him, leaving us.

Bands like Buffalo Springfield, brought a whole generation of young people together.

To me, the song For What's it's Worth, still rings true today.

Funny , turns out a buddy of mines Mom used to go out with Dewey so I guess he must be from the Ottawa area ? I was surprised to see that 3 of the members were Canucks .
