i know this has been discussed before, but i can't remember if there's a solution or not. basically my turntable (kenwood kd-5077) has trouble playing the end of some lps....tonight i bought some new records, and at the end of America's Hearts and towards the end of Paul Simon's Still Crazy After All These Years, the record player repeats passages.
I know it's not the vinyl...but it's really irritating if my player is limited to playing the beginnings of discs. my instruction manual says "record play cannot be started within a radius of 63mm (2.5") from the center of the disk." does that mean it also can't play past that mark? :scratch2:
let me know your thoughts.
