Squidward 02-24-2009, 07:38 PM Put me next to Kegger, (again) please.
botrytis 02-24-2009, 07:46 PM OOH - I can bug Kegger and Ed this year - FUN!!!!!!
grumpy 02-26-2009, 03:23 PM Coming down to the wire. If you want one speak up now.
bricktop 03-04-2009, 03:36 PM Quick question... What's the dedication involved here? I'm just wondering how much stuff I'd have and be able to bring then... if it needs to be a serious listening place (like I'd need to be there for most daytime hours of the show, or can wander around the fest too) or just a room with a few amps and speakers.
Kegger 03-04-2009, 03:44 PM Someone should really be in the room at all times, but you can get a buddie to watch the
room while you wonder around, I usually have someone with me who can do that. :)
As far as gear is concerned it is a members system/room so does not have to be "serious"
JAY was thinking of doing it, maybe you two could go in together?
bricktop 03-07-2009, 12:37 PM I guess I'll pass on a listening room this year, maybe next year though after I see the show without any responsibilities :D
jaymanaa 03-07-2009, 04:35 PM I guess I'll pass on a listening room this year, maybe next year though after I see the show without any responsibilities :D
Mebee next year huh? We could slap something together I'm sure. Ken and I may have a Bose wave or equivilant in our room this year.:smoke:
dnewma04 03-11-2009, 12:51 PM I'm sharing a room with Ed, can I not be placed between Kegger and Ed?
Maybe I should wait to find out who is on the other side before making any requests...
grumpy 03-11-2009, 01:06 PM None of the members rooms are next to each other. And no exhibiting rooms are in the corners for this show.
Kegger 03-11-2009, 01:52 PM What yur changin the DAM rules AGAIN!!
I WAS in the corner, and I WAS next to ED!! (right where both of us wanted to be)
jmathers 03-11-2009, 01:58 PM Your room location has been "MODDed." Seems fitting.:D

grumpy 03-11-2009, 02:39 PM List above has been updated.

I have news. And no news.
News: There are some members rooms adjacent to other members rooms. In particular, Kegger and Squid are neighbours, again this year. Other adjacent pairings may (will) occur.
No news: There are none of the 'blind corridor' rooms being used, so, no, Keg, you and Ed won't be in the rooms in the back, in the corner, in the dark.
Batting .500 here, so that ain't bad.

:lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:
Kegger 03-13-2009, 02:45 PM Dammit! (I like being in the dark, makes me feel like home)
luvvinvinyl 03-13-2009, 09:05 PM Yeah, but you were scaring people who didn't know you, when they walked into your room.:nono:
Can you blame 'em?

He still scares me..
tentoze 03-13-2009, 09:20 PM Do I have to help Squiddy get his stuff into the hotel without bouncing it all off the parking lot like last year?
Mark W. 03-14-2009, 04:31 AM I wasn't scared in Keggers room I was very very very happy to listen to real rock and roll on Pioneer Spec gear with what ever them big speakers he had were. Next to hanging in Ed's room it was the best place at the FEST.
luvvinvinyl 03-14-2009, 12:21 PM You people miss my point. It wasn't Kegger's room/gear that was scaring people. It was Kegger, himself.
There's a pic of him, somewhere, standing in his room, arms akimbo, replete in shorts, t-shirt, and, I think, sandals, described by the reviewer as some sort of 'post-modern Viking'.
Kegger 03-14-2009, 12:29 PM Where's my dam turkey leg!
grumpy 03-19-2009, 08:57 PM Members listening room registration is now closed. Thanks to all who signed up.
