I had to replace the PLL chip since the circuit was obviously broken (as evidenced by the inability of the unit to stop accelerating), so while I was in there, I replaced all the electrolytic capacitors. However, despite my careful checking and double-checking and writing down, I managed to not write down the value of cap C39. I don't want to have to buy a service manual for $10 to find the value of one lousy capacitor. So if you have a DP-30L (or the service manual), I would forever be indebted to you if you were to check the value of cap C39.
