Four people per room, $50 per person. you will need to send your money to sales@audiokarma.org Paypal is the easiest. Checks?money orders can be sent to the address inside the 'Donate' button. No matter how you pay, PLEASE indicate that it is for a swap table, and who you are, both by name and AK handle.

Seriously, if you poke around the AK Fest forum, you will see the Fest 2008 section, for example, where there is discussion about the swap room last year. Members can buy space in the room, which is a part of the Fest, and buy/sell/trade as much as they can fit on or under their table. I have seen stacks of gear/LPs/CDs, boxes of literature, including manuals, you name it, someone has it, and wants to sell it.

If you want in on the swap meet please let us know ASAP. Thanks

Will the swap tables be located in a conference room? I'm a 30 year veteran of the Dayton Hamvention. For me, all of the action was always out in the parking lot.

Last year was educational for me. When things got going, being a fest newbie I wandered around looking to meet folks who I'd only known by name on the computer. Other new folks flocked to some uber system rooms to check out the hot gear. The experienced festers (may have to copyright that one) went straight for the swap rooms to cherry pick the vinyl. :thmbsp:

Nope they will be in a hotel room. As of right now there are not many signed up for swap tables so me may be canceling this.
