Hello everybody!

I just got myself a nice TT and with it I get a Dynavector high output 10x2 cartridge.
I try to search info on this item but basicly there is nothing to find.

I know it was manufactured 1980-83. Can anyone help me get a little specifications on this one?
and also, as this is a high output MC cartridge, can I use it with a Rega Fono mini wich is a mm stage?

I have 2 cartridges, the Dynavector and a Ortofon concorde Q Bert.
Now as I dont know the specification of the Dynavector, I have one more following question.

The Q bert has 11mv output, I hardly need the Rega for this on (I only use the ortofon on my trance and techno music from when I was DJing), would the Rega fono make the sound better?

Can you post a pic? I think I have one of these at my parents' house w/booklet, and can get the info when I visit in late April.

Here is some pics, I hope it helps.

I read of the 10x4 and 10x5 and they seem to be good stuff.
It would be so nice to know tracing force and other crucial data.

The cart I have looks identical but the body is silver and opaque, so probably not the same one. : ( Glad Marantz 500 could help!

Thanks Marantz 500! I was very happy to see your message!

2,3mv output. What do you all think? This would work with a mm phone stage dont you think?
The Rega fono mini has a 2mv sensitivity, they would work together but will it sound good enough?

Boys and girls! hold on to your horses... :-)

It is lovely... sounds very nice.

The setup is a Technics 1200mk2 (who could gues:banana:) with the spoken of Dynavector HO MC cartridge. Projekt phono stage and the preamp is a Parasound PL-D2000. At the end we have my McIntosh MC2125 power amp and Usher 6381 speakers...

Very happy here in sweden! Thanks for the data Marantz 500, excellent! I got it weight in today and it sounds excellent with my setup.Big thanks! :music:
